    What is your cancellation policy?

    We need to receive your written request for cancellation by the 10th of the month. If your cancellation request is received by this date, your monthly parking will be cancelled at the end of the month, and you will not be charged for the following month. Cancellation requests received after the 10th of the month will not be effective until the end of the following month, and you will remain responsible for the next month’s parking fee. We do not pro-rate monthly charges on cancellations.

     

    How do I pay for my parking?

    You are able to pay by credit card (set up recurring payment monthly) online, money order, over the phone and ACH payments are all acceptable methods.

     

    How am I notified of rates changing?

    You are sent a letter of rate increase at least ten (10) days before the change is to take place. Make sure that you have an accurate mailing address on file with us to ensure you receive all correspondence from us.

     

    Is my monthly permit valid at all Star Park locations?

    No, the monthly permit is valid only for the location in which it was purchased.

     

    Is my monthly permit valid for the duration of my parking?

    No, every month after the 15th you will need to print your monthly permit after you have made payment online. This permit can be found at the bottom of your receipt. It must be displayed on the dash board of your vehicle.
